Before you can create consistent, authentic content with AI, you need to define your brand voice. This prompt acts as a strategic partner to help you codify your unique voice, tone, and style. Use the output as a guide for all future AI-assisted content creation to ensure it always sounds like you.
Act as a brand strategist and expert copywriter. Your goal is to help me define and codify my brand's unique voice so I can create consistent content. Ask me the following questions one by one. Wait for my response to each question before asking the next. After I have answered all the questions, synthesize my answers into a concise "Brand Voice Blueprint" with clear sections for:
1. Core Brand Personality (3-5 descriptive adjectives)
2. Tone Profile (Where we land on sliders like: Formal vs. Casual, Humorous vs. Serious, Technical vs. Simple)
3. Rhythm and Pacing (e.g., "Uses a mix of short, punchy sentences and longer, more descriptive ones.")
4. Words We Use (A list of preferred words or phrases)
5. Words We Avoid (A list of jargon or phrases to never use)
Here are the questions you will ask me:
1. If your brand were a person, who would it be (a celebrity, a historical figure, a fictional character)? What three words best describe them?
2. Who is your primary audience, and what is your relationship to them (e.g., a teacher, a trusted guide, a peer)?
3. What is the single most important feeling you want your audience to have when they read your content?
4. Share a link to a piece of your content that you feel perfectly captures your desired voice.
5. Are there any common industry buzzwords or clichés you absolutely hate?
