💫 Current thoughts: I’ve been thinking a lot lately about my work these days vs. 2 years ago. If you are a knowledge worker at a big company or a small business decision-maker with a million things on your to do list, AI really has changed how we should be working and productivity levels. I wrote last week that we are starting a bit of a backlash around AI tools but if you know the “how” around them all - they are basically a member of the team. I find myself now as more of an editor and less of an individual contributor - leaving all the grunt work to AI - allowing me to finesse and add in my experience and unique perspectives. It’s a shift in mindset. I write about it in this week’s blog - but for this shift to happen, you need to know how to work with these tools efficiently.
