After generating 20 technical documents in about 3 hours — comprehensive handoff documentation for a client engagement — I faced a choice that had nothing to do with AI capability: share the git repo (technically correct) or convert everything to branded PDFs (what clients actually need). Years of experience made that decision obvious. Clients don't navigate repositories. They forward PDFs to their boss.
